I am so happy to hear yet 1 more person say this! YAY! 2 of my trainers have told me this and I was just so shocked and I found it hard to believe. I cheat 1 or 2 days a week and it seems to be fine. I also work out 2.5 hours 4-5 days a week so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I'm sure the Atkins diet does work..is it healty? IMO how could it be? JUST my
