Wieght gainer really isn't there to gain wieght. Its usefull when you have hit a platue in your work out. For example: say your eatting 8 times a day and working out. you finally realize your body is starting to grow. Well, 3 months later you stop growing but you haven't changed anything. Then you start taking a wieght gainer to get in the extra calories on top of your 8 meals a day. Its more of a helpfull tool. You have to be devoted to working out/diet in order to see any difference. I'm willing to bet $100 that if you ate @ least 7 times a day (not just junk food, but really make yourself eat) and work out on a schedual that you'll have a noticable body change in 3-4 months time period.Originally Posted by BTEC
