When I wrestled and weightlifted in highschool, I always had to stay under 139lbs and i was around 150 regular. Best thing for me was to just stay away from junk food...which you already say you do. But I would never eat aft dark...I love sweet tea myself, hard as hell to not drink it when eating. I also use to break my meals up, instead of 2 larger meal, try like 4-6 smaller meals. This worked for me to help me keep my weight down and drop a couple pounds. I am short and smaller framed 5'6 at 155..so this might help you more then me...because a few pounds on me goes a long ways.. Cardio was a big thing too, helps to burn alot of calories..
