Alright, I'm wanting to know if anybody has done/knows about some good diet plans? I'm about 5"11" and about 180lbs. I'm not wanting to get buff/cut/etc right now, just wanting to get about to the 170lb'ish area and then start body building. I've looked around but no sucess on what I'm looking for.
I usual eat about 2 full meals a day. I hardly ever eat Fast Food! I drink sweet tea mostly and water. I do not drink any soda what so ever, makes me really sick. And as far as Junk food, maybe chips and salsa once in a blue moon. Not really a junk food person.
If you don't mind sharing some of your diet plans/charts from now or the past I'd highly apperciate it and reward whoever can help +4. Or some plans you've came across on the internet, I'd rather have some from you that have had tried it and had sucess.Thanks, Fast-Tech
