I plan on joining next summer into the reserves and hopefully i'll be able to get a boom operator position, although they dont have an air to air refueling group here in Ga, still not sure about how that will work if it will work at all. im basically doing this so i'll already be in the AF before the cut-off age and then go on to be a pilot. a pilot is a lot of hard work but deff no out of reach. and as far as the flying goes, that wont be a problem considering i am getting my bachelors degree in professional flight. i am also a military brat, my dad was a ATC in the AF and i absolutely loved the atmosphere of the military, but once i get out of college i really dont care where i am stationed as long as i get to fly.
