So what actually is weight watchers?
basically you get to eat what you want but you are on a points scale... i got 26 points a day for my weight, but i'm trying to keep my points at 20 a day (so i can loose faster). 20 is the minimum for anyone no matter what you weigh... so we'll take pizza for example a slice of cheese pizza is 7points, so if you eat 3 slices that would be a whole days worth of points. so instead you, i substitute things w/ things i like so i can eat more.

slice of pizza = 7 points

    or

a large chili from wendys & a side salad w/ house vingerette dressing = 7 points

Good work Paul. What kind of exercise regiment are you on?
no exercise yet (real exercise), they count just about everything as exercise, like if you mow the grass, or say you do alot of walking at work, etc... i am going to start walking then move to jogging/running as i see fit. i really just looking to get down to my goal weight then just maintain it.

ok for those wondering about how weight watchers works, i've attached a pdf below of the FAST FOOD eaterys & points for all of the food. Use a 20 point as your minimum scale for the day (point go on weight/lifestyle). Plus you get a 30 flex point to use each week. i like to use my flex points for one big meal splurge a week (you can do WW online by going to there website, then you don't have to go to meetings)

    here is my normal day:

breakfast: normaly i don't eat breakfast but if i do i have yogurt 2-3points depends on brand.

lunch: i make my lunch alot; which is normally 2 peanut butter sandwiches, fruit/veg, diet soda, low cal snack (cookies) or i eat out. I keep my lunch points under 12 points normally.

dinner: i have a 7-8 point dinner and dessert 2-3 point.

(now if i say spludge for lunch i just change up my dinner by eating less points to make it to my 20 w/o going over)

Raw Veggies cost 0 points, Diet soda cost 0 points, condiments such as mustard/ketchup cost 0.

Now you want to stay away from regular soda, beer (light beer is 2 points), Mayo, Creamy dressings, white bread, etc...

There are tons of shit to shit but its a pretty simple diet and it is easy to work w/... you just need to find out what foods work for you, and how to kick an cravings. i never used to drink that much soda, but i did eat alot of fast food so to kick my sweet cravings i have a diet soda (a&w rootbeer) its sweet and filling

Isnt diet soda bad for you anyway, with all the aspartame and stuff? Wouldn't it be healthier to get water that maybe flavored, like that flavored dasani? That is if you wanted just non regular water. I tried the lemon flavored one today, it was pretty good imo. But if it works then its all up to you

my dad did that and you really dont need to pay for it, just do what paul said, eat healthy and exercise. if you wnt a snack they say to eat carrots b/c the are hard and crunchy.

i have just started exercising this week b/c i had lost 10 lbs in a month by doing nothing so we'll see where this goes
