There has been a lot of condemnation from governments, islamic groups, and others. I guess my question is, who do you think needs to condemn it that hasnt already? There is no central islamic figure like the catholic pope. Btw, this is not an attack just wondering if you had a certain group in mind.

I haven't seen any. instead I see people call for the head of a cartoonist or girls in Indonesia being shot for running out of a burning building without their head coverings on.

Im confused, what does people being pissed off at a cartoonist have to do with denouncing terrorism? Back on the subject though, people saying "shooting schoolgirls is wrong" doesn't make the news. Fanatics making outrageous claims, people being shot and blown up, thats what makes the news.
