you are correct....but w/ the police report and the driver admitting to the police officer who handled the wreck that he wasnt paying attention when turning helped (said he was distracted by something on the side of the road....gee wonder what that could be, 2pm, main strip in pcb, in july....T&A if you ask me) needless to say the govt has been nice to me, they just offered a final settlement which i have agreed to, minus the $8k they have already advanced me while i was out of work, i wont be set for life, but what i was offered is more than i thought they would offer, so i got my bike paid for and then some, all medical bills paid, basically my downtime paid for, and some extra cushion for the pain and aggrevation i went through during phys therapy
