silencers or "suppresors" are not illegal. Carry a different few dependent on each gun as to what "liscence" you need for each weapon. For instance for a walther p22 my buddy paid $680 and waited almost a year to get his suppresor.


as far as a CCW permit...courthouse. they say 8 weeks but can take up to 5 or 6 depending on where you live. In Monticello the turn around time was 5 weeks.
