I recommend the H&K USP .45 auto......nice. Takes a couple weeks to get your permit after you apply, you can keep the gun in your car as long as it is in plain site and you inform the officer as he approaches the car. Yes silencers are illegal in the U.S. unless you have a special permit for them, fat chance on that one.
