you should turn your wheels really hard next time so when they drag it, itll hit whoever you are parked next too and do damage then sue their ass. i think you should do that anyway and talk to your complex about WTF is going on with that, then report it to the police...or just report it to the police as being unlawfully taken from your residence...they should have some record of WHY it was taken
