Wouldnt that be self defeating? They wouldnt ever be able to get 30 posts if they cant post

I'd definately restrict the F/S sections from anybody with less than 150-200 posts, that way they've been around long enough to at least get a reputation as someone who would be easy to deal with or not when buying/selling.
