And, you are too stupid to figure it out. Maybe, just maybe, he wanted to have a the car he owns. Even if it wasn't the fastest thing on the planet. Maybe he wanted the car for the overall package, the enjoyment he gets from driving THAT car.

Get out of highschool....People don't always buy cars to impress everyone else or to be the fastest on the street. SOME people may just buy what they enjoy....
