    yeah one time the guy in the pit couldn't get the drain bolt off so they were just gunna not change it and say they did so i was like dude hold the fuck on and i went down there and got it off myself. most of the shit they did without telling me cuz i'd be working on something else.

    You wanna know why they couldn't get the drain plug out...b/c the owner went to a shitty ass lube place the previous time too.

    Back when i was 16 and brought my first car to jiffy lube... Guy seemed to think that my carburated engine needed a fuel injector cleaning. Needless to say i never went there again.
