Dont take your car to anywhere like that. Most of those people don't like their job and could give a shit less if you care about your car. I take my car to reputable shops or if I have to take somewhere like that on an emergency I just stand there and watch them.

If there's one thing you should pay someone to do, it's change your oil. If you're paranoid about them using crappy stuff...then bring ur own oil and filter..and then watch....it's kinda hard to pull that Jiffy-Lube shit when it comes to changing oil.

"Hey..that's the same damn filter I had in there before. You guys ripped me off!"

"Hey...my oil is still black and thick...you guys never changed it! What gives!"
