So now for the Mac-N-Cheese. Well, the cheating version... But tastes damn near the same when I do it from scratch. Two boxes of Kraft Mac-N-Cheese Deluxe, not the stupid kind in the little box with the powdered cheese.
Stick of butter...
Add a can of evaporated milk and the noodles cooked slightly under Al Dente. They are going to finish cooking in the pot. Go ahead and add the cheese from the packets too and stir.
Add more cheese. I like to add Mexican to mine and stir some more.
Ready for freshly ground pepper and let cook for 2 hours. Add milk as necessary to keep it from becoming too thick.
