I'm watching TLC and there is a show about the world's biggest cheapskates. This man took his wife out on their 25th Anniversary. Their meal looked like it added up to be about $18. While he was there, he asked the people sitting next to him if he could take their left over food home. He gave his wife some flowers that he found in the dumpster and a "Get well soon" card that he re used to write happy anniversary on . There is also a woman that doesnt buy toilet paper, instead she uses old cloth then washes them to use again.
