I'm watching TLC and there is a show about the world's biggest cheapskates. This man took his wife out on their 25th Anniversary. Their meal looked like it added up to be about $18. While he was there, he asked the people sitting next to him if he could take their left over food home. He gave his wife some flowers that he found in the dumpster and a "Get well soon" card that he re used to write happy anniversary on . There is also a woman that doesnt buy toilet paper, instead she uses old cloth then washes them to use again.

I eat cheap when im eating just to feed myself during the week. Whenever i'm on a date or eating for entertainment, i dont mind the prices. Luckily, there's a place in Columbus called Cheddar's that's one of the best places in town in addition to being one of the cheapest.

I need to be more cheap, it's embarrassing to look at my food bill on my bank statement sometimes. I've added up around $300/month on it before. Just from eating nearly every single meal out.

I was exaggerating. But for real me and my fiance usually walk of there under 10 bucks for the 2 of us. Thats pretty damn good in comparison to others.

No need to "spend" on the special day. Cook!! Taking someone else is annoying IMO. Just cook a nice meal, enjoy it together. Give her something with it, like sex, flowers, whatever. But not a $150 meal, fuk all that. If she REQUIRES an outing on a young couples anniversary, she's just a coin-operated woman.
