Just out of curiosity, why does everyone hate kids that want to drift? I've yet to understand that. I get the drift charms in a Honda being stupid, but I've seen hundreds of threads and posts about people hating on the upcoming talent. Yeah there is a time and place, yada yada yada, but at one point, every professional drifter and stunt driver was doing the same thing. As for the dumbass OP making fun of a Subaru and rally? I hate the kids who do it for image. True talent you're born with, you can tell from the start who's good. If you're a 240 owner chances are you stand by car your, make it look like you drift, and do a burnout. Most are straight posers. If you're busting your balls trying to learn, good go for it, if you're a dumb fuck kid who thinks RWD = drift you're a fucking moron.

Example: A few Athens meets ago we had these "drift" kids come, there is a lot below us where people can fuck around and the police don't care, they showed us their "skill." I truly have never seen a worse show than the one they provided. It was like watching a circus of morons.

In the end, half those "drifters" are hard parking posers with no skill and will never gain the skill required to do it right. They will blame it on a lack of LSD, lack of suspension, slipping clutch, you name it. However they will talk, dress, and attend drift events and spread their skater type lifestyle to others.

Remember the kids who wore the skateboard clothes, talked the talk, and carried a board around? They own 240's now.
