I dont have my license now b/c i BARELY rolled through a stop sign on a road with No TRAFFIC and b/c someone hit me in the back after I pulled away from a stop sign....
So, I hope you do lose your license cuz Im bitter like that. Cops dont give out speeding tickets without writing the speed on it. Its likely that it will get suspended, you only need 4 points to get a suspension when your under 18.

I dunno...this just seems like b.s. to me. If you were out driving past curfew, he should've called your parents to come get you. Doing 105 in a 45 gets you chauffeured to juvi. No license is another offense in itself. So, like I said, I'm calling b.s. on this one. And if it's not, well, that police officer should be suspended...because that's absolutely ridiculous. I would have made sure that you had a lot to think about after that one.

no license for up to 2 years, garenteed 1 year, LOTS of community service, LOTS of probation, LOTS of money out the window, and probably a driving class.

the cop wasnt stupid, i always take my seat belt off to get my wallet, if he asks i tell him. chances are he knew you were going to get fucked in court harder than any pornstar on a movie, and he decided to save you a charge or two

I dont know of any stories of "fake cops" pulling folks over just to scare them.... The only time I ever hear anything about fake cops, the victim is either robbed/raped/etc.

I agree with another poster. I think this is all bullshit. Mainly the speed amount. I seriously doubt, an "out-past-curfew" driver going over 100mph would be here typing this shit. Later, QD.

since when can an unmarked car give you a ticket....it's required to say police in 6" letters or larger visable from all directions. What's the code next to where it says "speeding"?

Not true my mom was pulled over about a year ago from a guy pretending to be a cop with a unmarked cop looking care wrote her what looked like to be a legit ticket and we soon found out when calling about paying the ticket off that there was no cop under that badge number and what not. Theres people out there who do that shit for fun.

But like QD said if this really happened this girl would be so far up shit creek without any padels!!!!
