i dunno if i'm right or not, i just thought a ticket was in lieu of bail which means if you don't sign in then you get to go stay at the local sheriff's bed & breakfast until someone sees your case. I'm pretty sure an unmarked car can hold you until a marked vehicle arrives to write the ticket or make the arrest.

Gotta watch out for the cops with similiar color vinyl on it...Oakwood has that stupid white police interceptor (crown vic) with the light 4" silver letters on the bottom of the rocker panels...can't see that shit in the daytime but at least it reflects a little at night.

Well, I'll have to do my own to support my knowledge on this. I do know that unmarked can pull you over and cite you. I think if an arrest comes into play, that is where they just hold you until a marked car comes along. For the most part, unmarked doesn't have caged cars. Later, QD.

hmm, well I don't know how indiana laws compare to here, but if you get pulled over and don't have your license on you, you're allowed 24hrs to present it. Also, I got a ticket once, where the cop was being nice and did NOT put the speed I was going, instead he wrote "exsessive speeding". So when I went to pay I was charged the minimum amount (same as going 1mph over). But then again this suff happened when I lived in Indiana so take it for what it's worth. But holy shit 105 in a 45!! You need to slow the fuck down, I fine it hard to believe that a cop would let you off if you were going that fast, even if you are a girl.
