its not that they change to an asshole. They changed to being themselves, not a nice guy that they think a girl wants to be with. real talk, chivalry is just about dead in most aspects.
I learned the hard way years ago. i use to be a nice dude, but a failed marriage opened my eyes to a lot of things about me and women. you cant please everyone all the time. Be you, not what they want. and if they dont accept it, thats their fault, because someone will like you for you. NOt what money u have, what u do for them, not what job u got, etc. and if someone cant even be a good friend,let alone companion when u are down, u dont want them around when u r on your feet. they wre never into you in the first place.
Now, i still treat women nicely and can have many female friends, but i dont cater to them and their every need. i'm me at all times and they just gotta suck it up. Nothing wrong with being nice, just dont be a pussy.
