weed was even legal in the 1930s. but all the uses from the male plant aka hemp, nearly shut down the textile industry lol

my thought is that its illegal because it could eradicate a lot of profits for textile producers.

Sounds old enought to me lol. It would only be smart for them to legalize it throughout the while country. It was California's cash crop last year. They made like 61 billion dollars off of it in '08.

Imagie what the whole country could make...
