    Just call the police! Tell them you think someone may have been trying to break into her car for the past couple of days because the siren continues to go off every night. Have them speak to her about her loud ass car. Or if I were you (and I have been known to do this) just knock on her door and tell her the car has been a disturbance. If she cooperates great! If not, have her shit towed (I haven't had something towed but I would).

    I don't think you can just have someones property towed b/c it annoys you. If that were true then i would have 75% of the cars on Buford hwy towed..but good idea callin the cops tho
