I thaught there was a no chase law for bikes in GA?? must have been somethin really stupid..

There is but there's a catch, Persuing officer has to say one of 3 things possible suspect in other crime, possible DUI, Or danger to society (over 100mph weaving through cars ect.) . Then they can continue to chase. Either way gwinnett countys chopper can be up in less than 2 minutes and you damn sure can't outrun motarola.
