dollar for dollar hondas are still cheaper... you can get 500$ hondas all day long... 1500$ motor swap + 3000$ turbo = 5000$ 12sec car

i think the main difference than a DSM or a Mustang is honda are 100x more accessible... you can find them everywhere, as well as the parts, and the shops to work on them.

parts? hmmm.... 5.0 mustangs have one of the biggest aftermarkets out of ANY car. maybe not so much in exterior, but just about everyone makes 5.0 mods. Only reason I'd ever buy a Honda over a v8 would be gas prices, no other reason I could imagine.

Never had any problem with either one of mine... Seen some unreliable honda's in my shops as well = P But yes, in general I will give the "reliable" crown to imports, but thats not reason enough for me to buy one... when i've had pleny of domestics and "Fix or repair dailys" and they haven't given me any trouble.
