What are yall eating to lose that kind of weight?

breakfast would be normally: yogurt + breakfast bar + fruit (banana)
snack: fruit, nuts (something very small)
lunch: soup or frozen meal (smart ones, health choice, etc) + fruit
snack: rice cake, fruit, yogurt (again something very small or i'll skip it)
dinner: soup or frozen meal + salad + desert (ice cream bar (healthy choice), jello, pudding, etc)
i am taking alli along w/ every meal so that is a good way to cut out some extra fat w/o killing yourself but you have to keep very low fat diet. of course none of this matters if you aren't active at all i am now working out about 2 hours a day one in the morning and one in the evening (i take a break maybe 1 day a week)

Im not in on the competition, but in 9 weeks I have lost 42 lbs myself. Working out, eating right and cut out all cokes and sweets.

Hell yeah congrats. I was at 317, but now 275. I want to get down below 220 by My bday in July. Thats my goal. Then probably down to about 210 eventually.

I was up to 198 and now im down to 178ish...But ive been at a stand still for a while because i started taking a lot of protein and lifting a lot so while im burning fat and getting skinnier, my weight isnt changing due to the increase in muscle. Im on a 175g of protein per day diet. I work out 4-5 times a week which involves running a mile on leg workout day and 2 miles on arm work out day. I have a protein shake for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and some sort of chicken or fish(high protein meal) for dinner. I drink a muscle milk after every work out, and i take a nigh time protein before i go to bed. I also drink over a gallon of water each day so my kidneys wont explode. I should of entered the contest, but I didnt know it was going on, i just recently started coming to this part of the forum.
anyway, congrats to everyone whos getting the weight off. I really respect someone who will take some initiative and do what they need to do, rather than just sit around and bitch about how they wish they weren't fat.

Same here.. since dec I have been getting into it big time already. This would have been a piece of cake. I was about 180 starting now 162 and at a hold since im at about my goal weight since im lifting a lot! I have doubled/tripled about everything i lift now.Originally Posted by amped4life33

man good thing i didnt enter. i have been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months and lost all oof about 8lbs! but cant figure out why my stamina and cardio has gone through the roof!![]()
