breakfast would be normally: yogurt + breakfast bar + fruit (banana)
snack: fruit, nuts (something very small)
lunch: soup or frozen meal (smart ones, health choice, etc) + fruit
snack: rice cake, fruit, yogurt (again something very small or i'll skip it)
dinner: soup or frozen meal + salad + desert (ice cream bar (healthy choice), jello, pudding, etc)
i am taking alli along w/ every meal so that is a good way to cut out some extra fat w/o killing yourself but you have to keep very low fat diet. of course none of this matters if you aren't active at all i am now working out about 2 hours a day one in the morning and one in the evening (i take a break maybe 1 day a week)
