I was up to 198 and now im down to 178ish...But ive been at a stand still for a while because i started taking a lot of protein and lifting a lot so while im burning fat and getting skinnier, my weight isnt changing due to the increase in muscle. Im on a 175g of protein per day diet. I work out 4-5 times a week which involves running a mile on leg workout day and 2 miles on arm work out day. I have a protein shake for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and some sort of chicken or fish(high protein meal) for dinner. I drink a muscle milk after every work out, and i take a nigh time protein before i go to bed. I also drink over a gallon of water each day so my kidneys wont explode. I should of entered the contest, but I didnt know it was going on, i just recently started coming to this part of the forum.
anyway, congrats to everyone whos getting the weight off. I really respect someone who will take some initiative and do what they need to do, rather than just sit around and bitch about how they wish they weren't fat.
