they are completely different chassis's...notice the "AE86" so commonly used...that’s a chassis designation you worthless troll.....notice its not the same as "AW11".....they are NOTHING alike......also, they are close...but the MR2 is actually heavier.....mostly due to the strengthening/reinforcing of the chassis.....something that has to be done aftermarket on a corolla if looking to exceed 200whp lulz

The fact is, they aren’t just the same car with different layouts...the MR2 was designed as a MR car....not the other way around. If you were to swap the motor in the corolla to the rear, obviously it wouldn’t handle the same....as it wasn’t designed that way

Yes and still loses, even the twin injection HIGH comp ae92 bottom end/ae101 head Matori car gets raped. I guess you never saw the N/A vs Turbo vid either where the Same Techno Pro Spirit MRs manhandles a 280 and 320 hp silvia respectively on a road course
