It's called the Bill if Rights. Read It and show me where it says people can say whatever they want and wear whatever they want. People are so ignorant.

Umm, so yeah, there are many rights that you have that are NOT clearly expressed anywhere, they are just understood under certian laws. Personally, I'd like the cops to get off my nuts about going 5 over and wearing saggy pants, and start cracking down on the drugs and people breaking in cars. Just IMHO. I am white, and actually dress preppy, I dont sag at all and always where a belt but it is there choice. Since the 80's American's rights have been cut in half, only, most Americans are too ignorant to realize it. Only a matter of time before we are a damn communist country if people dont step up for our rights.

But the thing is, in the last 100 years americans' rights have grown exponentially. Cutting back on some of these so called rights may be a good thing. If you give people too many rights they will abuse them.

I don't believe that the right to sag is an expressed or implied right. Again, all the rights given to us by the bill of rights are dependent on whether or not excercising that right infringes on someone else's right. That is where laws concerning indecent exposure come from. That is also where laws concerning slander come from.

Lol again. How exactly am I full of ignorance? The only reason they would even consider taking away the right to bear arms is bacause certain people abuse the right. Maybe if they would perform stricter background checks before selling guns to pretty much anyone there wouldn't be a problem with people being able to own firearms.
