I am sry but i have to disagree 100%,because i think this is the dumbest thing that could happen,besides GWB being in office.if this is the case then why not ban slutty a$$ clothes that i c females wearing 24/7 not to mention the fact there wearing shi* like this at the ages of 12 why only go so far and not get them all.I mean ban ppl from wearing there shirt off in public and ban women from going to stores with swim wear on. Must i remind u these fu** need to stop targetting certain groups and just ban every 1 that shows undergarments if they gonna really do something ARGGGGGGGG...


And to add to the fact is a hate hearing these mother cry about looking at dudes sag pants in front of there little girls,but they willl dress there little girl like a whore and expect for no 1 to hit on them Go find jesus,ali,buddha or something because they sure do need it.

By certain groups do you mean people who don't know how to dress? That's the only group being targeted here. The ordinance doesn't make it illegal for Black people to sag, it makes it illegal for ALL people to sag. Some people are so quick to play the race card.

And yes i am blk but by no means do i sag where my underwear is showing.I dress more prep than anything when out with friends and i dress with class when out with the ladies. I could careless about ppl that sag there paints but i do no i would do it only because it pisses ppl like u off
