Both are good. I know someone that has a team in Gainesville for Prudential, the Bryant Green team, I'm pretty sure he deals with commercial. I also have another friend that works for the Simpson Company in Gainesville, Will White, he's commercial as well. You've got unlimited resources, take your time and weigh your options...
