The new owner called me listing issues that I had pointed out to him the day I sold it to him, and he wanted me to refund him 2grand to get them fixed. I laughed.

Well I woke up late, the GF and I both ran outta the house cuz she is going to South Carolina today and I had to be at work @ nine...and my dogs broke out of there electric fence, so I had to chase them down to get them in the house, and get to work on time. Granted I work @ a Gym(personal trainer) so it doesn't take long to get ready or anything, but still...So my "breakfast" was Muscle Milk protien shake.

Lunch will be(in all likelyhood) grilled chicken and a salad

Fay. Co is nice, but Peachtree city is starting to look like Roswell/Alpharetta b/c of all the construction and new building they are doing. Looks good but getting crazy busy. And Fayetteville is turning into Riverdale slowly...Looks like I'll be moving to Sandy Springs/Roswell pretty soon...
