    I'm not moving to Tn. for a while. Got a new girl, work is going well, in time I'll be making that kinda stupid money that I don't need but I've always wanted...and all I've gotta do is stay where I am. I may still buy a lake house up there and just visit.

    Commercial Real Estate, and I also run the Gym I train at in the mornings.

    M-F 9-12 I run the gym(gas money basically)
    M,W,F, I train clients (2 @ a time) from noon till 7
    Spare Time=Commercial real estate...I really haven't done much with it in a while. But the market for commercial isn't that bad so if I busted ass I could make a killing, I've just been "lazy" lately.

    You really shouldn't be lazy... My ex-boss' husband just closed on a deal and pocketed $500,000.. THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS!!!

    Yeah I mean I work 50hrs a week which really isn't shiit..I'm making more money than I ever have before so I'm kinda enjoying it(I'm 21). But come winter time I'll be more active. Just trying to keep my clients and what not. Plus I'm really liking my weekends haha


    And I know if I were to pocket 500k like that I'd spend it on a Carerra GT...no doubt about it haha
