hey im one of thoes guys who gets to sit in my air conditioned office and chill but if i was not here to give direction to thoes who work for me the place would run in total chaos thats why a "big man" is important to a company. "A Leader is someone who knows direction, a follower is someone who needs to be directed what way to go." that was from some leadership thing i read it had alot of good points.

and on a side note a minor rant IM PISSED OFF NOW
I WANT TO THROW MY f***ING SUPERVISOR OFF A CLIFF WHO PUTS A CARWASH FINISHER IN DETAIL AND TELLS THEM TO TAKE PAINT OFF A LEATHER SEAT USEING A VERY STRONG ALL PURPOSE CLEANER SO THEY STRIP THE COLOR OFF THE SEAT AND WHAT PERSON KEEPS SCRUBBING THE SEAT AS IT GOES FROM TAN TO BLACK......AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work as a sales associate at sears auto center. My job is to pretty much be a salesperson and gather parts for the mechanics. All in all i cant complain about it
