ummmm i wouldn't call bs on the leg press cause my buddy never really works out his legs and he can do 610 about 5 times...so i believe ya...and cliff works out everyday of the week but all i do is curls, pec. flies, weighted crunches, whatever the lil machine is that exercises your shoulders, behind the head dumbell crap, ummm the thing where you pull the 2 rope handles down to waist level, bench, incline bench and the occasional squats
