this author was obviously biased. out in cali, mod laws are strict. being pulled over and having your car CARB checked is a regular occurance. ultimately his car was crushed because he had stolen parts (vin filed off of tranny). did anyone read the part where it said that the only parts he could prove he bought were the wheels?
