So hes proposing that we rip out IAs soul, which has been the CAR ENTHUSIAST , and replace it by selling out to more mainstream jobs and media outlets.
Im sorry, thats NOT the way to make IA grow. If Julio is serious about growing IA to be bigger, i think he will agree its CORE audience is who we should cater to.
Why would a club owner post on here, when people already post in the EVENTS section? what is the return on their investment?
Why would you alienate current sponsors cause you think they dont deserve their own forum? People that have donated money to the cause FOR ALONG TIME now your just going to say, sorry, your not good enough or active enough, take a hike.
The answer is to bring in bigger advertisers by growing the core audience. Bring in MANUFACTURERS of parts, make even more subforums for different trypes of businesses if they want, and preach to them that they have to stay active, or have people be active for them on IA to get their product out there.
Hell ive done that for 4 businesses on this site with great results (Auto Options, SRZ Racing, Mainstream, and now Batlground).
Look what Brandon did for Rons Auto. Look what Brett did for AAP.
That is how you GROW IA, not by locking threads, and bashing current sponsors and basically saying "im going to tattle on you" because you dont agree with me.
Chris is a noob and thinks with his new powers he can change the board by himself to what he wants it to be. He has yet to learn that mods are a TEAM, not individuals.
