Pictures and Photoshop should be under Digital Photography forum. Seems like there are great interested in photography stuffs. Why not create a section and put the non-car related pics and shops in there?

I think making it compact and subforums would be a lot nicer and easier to navigate.

RDL, if still needed on IA, should be under the password protected room. Users need age verification by Administrative staffs before enter. That should keep the site safe from lawsuits and such.

Post with NWS pics should be strictly enforced as "Spoiler" with info. That way, it will not loaded unless the users click the "show" button.
