You could always change the name of the forum from import atlanta to something else that just deals with "atlanta" since most of the topics arent just car related. You can make import atlanta a branch to a larger Atlanta forum kinda like how the killforum is.

So the overall forum would be call Atlanta {something} or {something} Atlanta and that would include
-The Main Section (for randomness, whoreslounge, RLD, other stuff dealing with Atlanta, and such)
-Importatlanta (strictly for cars--pics, info, f/s,.... )
-Killforums (strictly for racing)

Basically, make a bigger forum and add the forums you already have to that one.

i dont see changing the name, its called import atlanta cause its suppose to be about imports. changing it to something bigger and more wide spread would just cause more BS than there already is. you would get people joining to go talk in one part of the forum then go start **** in another. i think it should be primary imports and related stuff. im sure there is another atlanta something forum somewhere people can find for there other topics. and the porn thing is lame, i said it along time ago, goto dump.com and thats all you need. its the google video search of porn. dont need it here. also think the home page needs to be updated more. reps are pretty point, need to change the for sale threads alittle to where it can be marked as sold/and locked when its sold. and the feedback thing would be nice
