I agree with Nemesis and Bigdare, you really need to reconsider who you made moderators. Some of them abuse their power a little too much. Other than that, here are some suggestions:
-Add an events script or something that takes the thread titles from the events forum and puts it on the events page on the main site.
-You could do the same with news. Have a locked news forum that you could move important or urgent threads to, which will then be shown on the main page of the site.
-You could get more members if you got rid of the under 18 policy. You could block the material in the RLD by password, and only give the password to people who have been posting for a longer time and are over 18.
-Whoreslounge -> Off-topic. George is right about its current use - everyone posts callouts and other insulting posts practically every ten minutes.
-Put out more of those Importatlanta.com stickers. Its basically free advertising - people with those stickers go to tons of events in Georgia, and every time someone sees the sticker, that may be a new member.
-Move all threads for non-nude women and all into the RLD from the Pictures & Photoshops board. It would clean up the board a little more and keep people from coming here just for those pics.
-We could have a hidden board for members where we can post links to CDs, vids, movies and all that we have found around the net.
-You could add a few more boards suited more for people who aren't necessarily car enthusiasts. This could bring in more members from different backgrounds.
