Well what apartments do you stay in?
I'm looking for a new apartment...something decent under the $750 price range.
Anyone got any good ideas? Let me know. Thanks.
Fuck apartments....Buy a house. But if you insist on renting, I have a townhome for rent.....$1150 though.

+1 and nowadays most lenders have no fee mortgages which in turns means no closing costs when you buy a home, and then if you are a first time home buyer there are so many products out there to make the transition well worth it. i know you said you credit is fucked but have you checked your score lately?

there are some pretty nice apartments up by the Mall of GA behind up the Toys R Us for about $800 a month

Oh and Dee Colonial Grand @ mcDaniel Farms is really nice. I think they are right at 750. Very spacious and a very nice community. DO NOT LIVE ON THE FIRST LEVEL though. Ants are crazy!!! Other than that...Very very nice. Ran and anybody else that has visited my apt can speak for them.

my friend used to live there, but i dont' remember them being that cheap. i'll have to check it out.
One bedroom? Yeah, it's 675-750. I checked b/c I was planning on moving out from my roommate style and renting there. I opted for Gwinnett Square off of Satellite. I pay $629 and they arent as pretty but they are safe and well lit at night which was my only want.

I was gonna move back to Gwinnett Square, I lived there when I first moved to GA, but my friend lives there. He says murders are going on now and cops are always in and out? True or not?
I know they remodeled too...have you seen the newly remodel one or do you stay in the traditional one?
I saw the newly remodeled and they are nice but I settled for traditional. I havent seen or heard anything about murders or anything. Then again I have only been there 3 weeks.
Yeah...my friend said that he's only been there for 6 months and his apt got broken into and both of his new neighbors were shot.
Makes me feel a little iffy about moving back there since I'm expecting a baby, but if you want it cheap, you gotta go somewhere hood, I guess.
Oh and I don't know what apartment number he's in.

We have an apartment for rent. 1 BR, $650/month 720 sq/ft. It's in the VA Highlands. We have a nice yard and a 1000sq ft patio. It's right next to the park. NO W/D tho.
