For lunches I have about 6-6 rolls of turkey with cheese in the middle (1 slice per 4 rolls) and then I have one of the 100 calorie cookie packs, and for a snack in the AM i Have grapes and when I get home I have a 100 calorie bar then usually grilled chicken for dinner. I have to retrain my whole way of eating and thats been hard because you know I was a fast food lover
