Actually the first 6 weeks I lost 16 pounds just by cutting out ALL the fast food, and junk food and cokes. I started eating a protien bar in the morning and small snacks through the day then Grilled chicken at night, Then a few weeks ago I added the working out to the mix which at forst I started to gain weight due to muscle but now I lost another pound so I guess its starting to even out.
I figured it was time to start getting back in shape so I can look good on the bike...LOL
