Noise ordinance tickets are BS tickets that you get because you were even dumber than the ticket itself. Why didn't you just turn down the music you were obviously blarring when you saw the cop? If you didn't see him, fine that's understandable, but in all honesty how did you NOT see a cop sitting near you? You also get these kinds of tickets for fart can exhausts. If you have an exhaust loud enough to get you one of these, you too deserve it.
Or maybe you didnt see the cop sitting behind a tree? Had I seen him I would've turned it down but I didnt.

can't speak for anyone else, but I picked up the sarcasm. although the event that I detailed actually happened, I ridicule my coworker for not wearing her seatbelt all the time. as we waited on the officer to do his thing I joked about him just using the citation as a ploy to get her phone number. after she got her ticket, the officer starts to walk off but doubles back and says I forgot to get your phone number

They are talking about changing the law, but as of now you don't. My dad has been a truck driver for over 35 years and his old truck didn't even have seatbelts in it.

I got a noise violation ticket at my house when we were having a party.
The cops got called, then got pissed because I wouldn't let them inside the house to see all the drunk under 21 year olds so he gave me a ticket for whatever he could. Fucking cocksucker.
LMAO had a group of cops pull up on us in panama once while we were filming these 2 girls earning some beads. I tried to hide my video cam but they saw me and started telling me if I had nudity on it I was goin to jail etc.
Got me all upset, but then one finally told me to calm down they just wanted to see what I got on my cam. Then they sat there and watched it and BS'd with us.
Cops give illegal tickets all the time. I've gotten them even. It is an accusation by the officer. You do not have to plead guilty and pay it. You can fight it, and win - but it will cost you more than just paying it. It's their way of collecting an unrepresented tax.

i only have one on my record.. failure to yeild while making a left turn.. the cop was pretty gay.. the oncoming car was stoped at a red light, and my green arrow turned yellow and by the time i went through the intersection, the car that was stopped jumps and peels out to try to scare me and honks.. there was still a car length.. but w/e
I once told a cop I had explosive diahrea?(sp), it didn't get me out of shit.
