I KNOW IN OHIO THEY RECENTLY PASSED LAST YEAR THAT POSESSION OF ANYTHING LESS THAN A HALF OUNCE WAS JUST A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. YOU GET A TICKET.. IT GETS CONFISCATED AND YOUDONT EVEN GET A CRIMINAL RECORD FOR IT..
