Known fact that useage actually drops over a period of time after marijuana is legalized. Most people dont know that there is actually one state where marijuana is legal but nobody there makes a big deal of it..why? Because its no worse than alcohol or cigarettes

I'm willing to bet that all of those people that they are giving stats on had alcohol and/or other drugs in their system.
