fyi, if you get pulled over for a dui it doesnt necessarily mean you were drunk.... hence Driving Under the Influence.. It 's not driving while drunk... people get pulled over all the time and have to go take a blood test to proove intoxication of another substance that a breathalizer wont pick up!
