Some young'ns in my pals neighborhood just moved in and they are little bitches.
They chug liquor in the street, slash tires, ride their go-karts/4-wheelers in the yard and fark it up. We asked them not to, they asked us to go fuck ourselves...which is fucking hilarious (I pretended to get pissed w/ my pal when they said that) but anywho...other neighbors have called the cops and the cops do shit about it.
What can he/we do so there fookers get the point?
